first of all before you can use the fitness app you have to register with your personal information as well as the goal you want to achieve as a user whether its losing weight in a given amount of time or staying fit
after you have registered you are prompted with your main page where you can edit change your agenda as well as see what type of meal are proposed for you that day and when u have to exercise in order to achieve your goal you set before for yourself
